YAY Mel!!

And too late, but have a great time Carri!

Weigh in day, and I'm 207 - so I didn't make my 2 pound goal but oh well, 1.6 is good too! I'm feeling good - I had a small NSV today, I went out to lunch with my boss and the girl who took over for me during my mat leave, and we sat on the patio at the restaurant...I was concerned because a lot of the time I don't fit in patio chairs that well or am not comfortable, well I fit and I was comfortable! YAY!

Thanks Liz!!! I weighed this morning and was 213.4! Another pound gone yay! I guess this TOM is helping me after all. I have been trying to drink A TON of water lately....its harder than I thought to drink 8 glasses a day (and my bladder isnt used to it yet...I have never peed so much in my life lol).
When are you going back to work?

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Awesome, Mel!! I find TOM always helps me lose, for whatever reason! Good for you on the water, I really need to work on that. I am terrible with water. And I have no excuse now, because we got our water line for our fridge hooked up! But yes then I am in the bathroom all day, lol. I think I'll be going back to work mid-December...we get a year off here so I've been off since January 12th...so I could stay off until January but they want me back a few weeks early, and that's fine. I work out of a home office - my company is based in BC so I only see my boss a few times a year which is why we got together when he was in town. All in all, it's a pretty nice set up!

Wow, the sun must have been strong! I don't get burnt very easily, I actually got a nice tan this summer, we've been outside so much! DH burns really easily though. Hope you're having a good day - just hanging out here, and going over to the MIL's to visit later.

Blah I have a sore throat and my ears are starting to hurt I feel the sinus/ear infection coming and without insurance it sucks. I found some antibiotics DH didn't take so I started them just now bc I have to feel better by Saturday for my friends reception. Sorry I keep whining every time I get sick (I get sick A LOT for some reason) but I guess I just get bummed bc it happens to me so much!

Hope you had a great trip to your MIL's Liz!

LOL yeah....it's so nice right now. I've been doing a little bit of outside work but I looked at the lawn and was like "nah!!"....haha. Besides that, Jacob throws a fit when I cut the grass because he wants to do it so much. He threw a tantrum the other day because I said no when he asked to drive my car!!! lol

Ok I have to make a confession....I just binged on ice cream and a few cookies I thought "Hey Ice Cream will be good for my sore throat" well one bite turned into a ton and now I feel awful. I had to get this off my chest so I can move forward! lol

Good, get it off your chest and yes now you can move on. It's good to stay accountable. I hope I can do the same - sometimes I get embarrassed so I don't want to tell anybody about slip ups but you're right it's better to get it out.

And you can totally lose the 12 pounds! Especially with the nicer weather, and once you're feeling better, you can get outside more? I don't remember - what are you doing for exercise again? I haven't been doing anything (still) - but a friend and I are going to start C25K very soon - probably next week.

Thanks for the support Liz it's exactly what I needed! I tell myself I should be able to be in this house with the bad food and not eat it LOL
I have been slacking big time with the whole exercise thing but I was losing just keeping my diet in check and being more active. I guess that period is over and I need to get back on the wagon to see anymore results. I think getting to 213.4 was all bc of TOM and now that it's gone I'm back up to 215 but I really dont want to move my ticker back but I guess I should.
Glad that things are going well for you and good luck with C25K!
Monday is my get back on track day!!

Hey!!

Hope things are going well, weigh in day for me, 3.2 lbs down!! I am so excited for onederland. I took the kids to a local farm today to play (they have lots of wooden structures that Jacob loves!!) and a sheep tried to steal Jacob's cookie, I thought WWIII was going to ensue. lol

Anyhow hope everybody has a great day! Hope Carri's having an awesome time on her vacation!

Congrats on the loss Liz! You are so close to onderland!

I am totally baffled on whats going on with my body...I guess the 213 during TOM was a fluke bc I weighed today and it said 216.4! WTF?! I am official upset. I stayed on my diet yesterday and was outside doing gardening/blockwork all day and I gained from the day before?! At this pace I will never meet my Halloween goal blah........
