Hi friends! I was a member, gosh 20 years ago I believe and I lost 30 lbs. Now I'm looking to lose 100!!! I'm already down 8 lbs and following a lazy keto, low calorie, plan. Anyway... hi! I'm from Ohio, happy to be here!! Can someone tell me it's okay that I splurged on snacking this morning? (Cream Cheese and wheat thins) I know this means I'm going to have deduct from my meals the rest of the day but man it tasted so good... but now I feel guilt
