Default Here I go again... I'm new here!
Hi ladies!
I'm Amanda. I'm a 26 year old teacher in Philly.
Last weekend, my boyfriend and I took a little trip for my birthday. We were about to go swimming, so I put on my swimsuit from last year... and started crying (dramatic, I know). I've gained weight, and I'm very frustrated. I've yo-yoed up and down since college.
Here's approximately how my weight has looked since high school:
2003- 138
2004- 156
2005- 135
2006- 120
2007- 160
2008- 145
2009- 130
2010- 140
2011- 148

Crappy pattern, right? I gain and lose, gain and lose. I want to lose it for good! I know this means regular exercising and healthy habits, and I'm working hard to make sure that happens. I started my diet this week. I started at 148, and am now at 144 (I know, water/ salt weight). My goal is 120 (I'm 5'3"). I'm hoping to find some support here!

Welcome!!! There is so much support around here. It helps to stay motivated! Good for you taking control of your weight! And whether it's water weight or not- it's gone so congrats!!!
