305.1 lbs today, grateful to be down on the scale, lowest was 303.5. I just ate half a Whole Foods supreme pizza the whole pizza is 1,030 calories. I’m about to eat a Trader Joe’s apple blossom which I think is about 350 calories and some Trader Joe’s vanilla ice cream 330 calories.

The day ended with a kit Kat, I also ate 3 bowls of cereal I was stressed out and I cracked a wee bit. I didn't binge but ugh I just felt overwhelmed.

304.4 lbs today, overate on 2 hot and spicy sandwiches, 1 McDonald’s double and a free medium fry. I def ate too much.

306.4 lbs today, Tom is done, you left these pounds bro! Lol Anyhow I've eaten half of an Amy's Margherita pizza, a peach, seaweed, popsicle. About to take 1 berberine. Yesterday 8 had a bit of ice cream happy August btw, this month my goal is 298.

That is a great idea! Today I came in at 305.8 lbs nude and I'm 6 lbs from the 200s and I really want to make it happen. I did eat 2 cups of ramen which is terrible for me, I added a little acv and tabasco, and I added a lot of cheese. I also took a berberine , probiotic and magnesium supplements.

Hey everyone, I have been having a diet pitstop but I haven't completely abandoned my journey. My eating has included a lot more restaurant food. Update coming later today, my munchkin is ill with presumably the flu and it's taken a lot out of me.

Hey everyone, weight is 305.6 lbs. and my food today was chicken breast from rotisserie chicken Heb lemon Pepper doused in Tabasco sauce and 3 slices of heb honey wheat bread and a peach. I also had a cup of green tea mixed with spearmint tea sweetened with Stevia. There are about 4 months left in this year, 116 days, 16 weeks let’s get it! My goal is 16 lbs down/289.6 is my weight goal for the end of this year. I got some cute clothes in the mail today but some things are going to fit better in about 20-40 lbs, let’s go!!

Today on 9/25 Tom popped up, so I think I'm pretty om schedule. My weigh in with my new GE scale was 308 lbs nude. I haven't been sleeping the greatest because I've had a lot of turmoil in my personal life. I didn't do too terrible with food from 2 chicken strips to most of a rotisserie chicken.
