Diana yes, I do OA on my own. I started to listen to a podcast last night but was interrupted so I'll try again tonight. My boys will not be here for awhile.
did another chair exercise this morning
we took the kids to the park this afternoon. The cousins had a lot of fun.
have a great rest of the evening.

Good afternoon! Had breakfast and lunch. Did 2 miles Leslie Sansone this morning. Power walked to and home from my meeting. Ran errands on the way home. Will go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😁💐😷🐰

I listened to a podcast today and I could really relate. I also spoke with a OA sponsor today. She talked with me a bit about the program. I am interested in the not in real time meetings on facebook. They have meetings specifically for new people.

Happy Easter
The churches Easter egg hunt was canx yesterday due to rain so the little ones will have to wait until next Saturday.
After church I am going to fix a roast in the Oven instead of the crock pot. This should be interesting.

Only made it to the Y that one day this week. Whatever I have is hanging on and I just was worried I would start coughing or just plain low energy.

Eating I have been tracking my intake, I do ok but as always it is that late evening snacking that is my nemesis. So trying as usual to figure out a plan. I did go a few night without the snacks but we had a late dinner. If that was the trick I would move our dinner times but alas that is not foolproof.

Everyone have a blessed Easter, prayers are with you
