  • I'm stalled out on Week 5....
    I managed week 4 not too bad
    but I am really struggling with week 5.
    I am maxing out at 39 pushups which isn't too bad but man....those pushups on week 5 are brutal
  • I quit altogether and I just do 50 three days a week until it gets easy and then I'll more.
