Hey everyone, I am back to my goal of getting under 300 lbs by summer. I have had a challenging month, even when I reached my lowest of 305.7 I was not eating great. Today I came in at 310.8 lbs. I've had a MI Tienda sugar sweetened apple soda, 170 calories, Jimmy Dean sausage and biscuit breakfast bowl for 460 calories, a yogurt gummed pack for 60 calories and HeB milk chocolate covered pecans about 2 servings for 340 calories. I took 1 berberine and saving the bulk of my supplements for tonight before bed. Im still waiting for my tom but ive had all the signs so it should be here within a day or 2.
308.3, not eating keto lately though I'm ready to come back if the weight starts creeping up again. I ate a cheese urge with bacon homemade add Dave's Killer Bread 2 slices and mayo and cheese. 2 apples with sunflower chocolate butter, ice cream and chocolate chip cookie, Kashi cereal and whole milk, I've had a lot of food today.
305.8 lbs today God is good all the time. Ate some seaweed, sunflower butter and apples last night. No longer doing keto at the moment but more than willing to come back to it in the near future. Trying to focus on cleaner eating and being more thoughtful with my food choices.
today - 2 packs of seaweed, handful of almonds, apple, cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese and 2 slices of Dave's Killer Bread, spearmint tea/green tea combo with stevia.

Today I came in at 304.8 lbs I'm around 10% down from where I began at 338/342 lbs. Super happy and thankful. I'm breaking from keto at this time to focus on more fruits in my diet. I've been having an entanglement with Honeycrisp apples and Sunbutter. I'm also eating more seaweed. When I have tacos I plan to still use my low carb tortillas. I'm taking berberine 500 MG with my first meal and another 500 MG with dinner, also magnesium, vitamin d3/k2, probiotics, coq10.

304.6 lbs today eating 3 eggs, slice of American cheese, cooked in avocado oil, 3 slices of bacon, 2 slices of Dave's Killer Bread. I also had 2 cups of green tea and spearmint tea (I use one bag of each per cup) seaweed x1 and a Justin's peanut butter cup.
add berberine first dose. Acv gummie, chocolate sun butter and apple, half of a ham sandwich (ham bread fried in butter).

Hi, my weigh in was 304 flat, 10% down from my start of 338, next goal is 299 and then 288. 288 marks 50 lbs down that's why I want it. Next I ate a bag of fresh cauliflower with ranch, seaweed x1, 1 sandwich made with turkey, pepper jack cheese and on 2 slices of Dave's Killer Bread. Dinner will be buffalo wild wings because it's Tuesday l.
Hey everyone , and happy June! I weighed in today at 306.3 lbs ., my goal for June is 299 flat. I've eaten a bacon cheeseburger homemade with pepper jack cheese, broccoli and ranch dress dressing. I took my first berberine of the day with 1 acv gummie.
304.8 lbs I've eaten 2 trader joes corn dogs for 170 calories each/340 calories total with mustard. I also had 3 Trader Joe's breaded cheese sticks 260 calories which is one serving, seaweed, and lays barbecue chips 300 calories for 2 servings. REESE cup 80 calories, homemade cheeseburgers with bacon x2, corn with salt and butter and a little homemade Alfredo bacon broccoli.

Hey everyone, it feels really hot atm in Houston , today I came in at 305.1 but it's ok, I ate a little heavy yesterday so I'm not that surprised. I just consumed a bacon cheeseburger homemade with American cheese, ketchup, mayo on Dave's Killer Bread. I had at least 3 servings of Lay's barbecue potato chips which is 450 calories*, a half of a quarter of watermelon is was delish, and I took my first berberine and acv dosage of the day and drank spearmint and green tea.
2 handfuls of almonds and seaweed, 2 johnny pop popsicles 45 calories each.

I’m eating Honey Nut Cheerios but not, this is the Albertsons organic version with whole milk big bowl and today I weighed in at 303.5 very close to goal!
304.2 lbs today, food was a honeycrisp apple, seaweed pack, 2 sandwiches made of Dave’s Killer bread 70 calories x4, Colby cheese 70 calories x2, heb organic Black Forest ham slices 70 calories x2, fresh broccoli and litehouse homestyle ranch dressing super good.
Planning on doing a video on YouTube tonight.
