Default Seeking Advice on Achieving Fitness Goals

Hey everyone,

So, I'm a bit new here, been mostly just reading along for a while now. But this community seems awesome, super supportive and full of great advice!

I'm on a mission to get healthier and fitter, but let's be honest, consistency hasn't exactly been my strong suit. I've tried a bunch of different diets and workouts in the past, but always seem to fizzle out. This time though, I'm determined to make a real change that sticks.

I'm a newbie too. I haven't been able to make myself go to the gym for 7 years. But now I want to at least start eating right and completely give up alcohol

Hello,
According to me we should plan our meals according to the requirements.
  • how much weight they need to lose
  • their activity levels
  • any dietary requirements for health conditions
  • Emphasizes vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and fat-free or low-fat dairy products.
