Good evening! Walked to the grocery store this afternoon. Got something for supper and the Sunday paper. My fitness goals for today have been attained. 😁💐😷🐰

Talking did good!

Closing the day at 1133 cals!! Activity today was vacuuming both living rooms, the dining room, the foyer and a hallway. I can't believe I did it!! I haven't been able to do all of that in one go for years. I was hurting so bad after that I fell asleep and took my pain meds when I woke up, lol.

Good morning friends!
just fyi, in hopes that we continue to get to know each other....I generally try not to turn on my computer on Sundays. I spend enough time during the week sitting at the desk, that I like having a day where I just do other things...a day of rest from tech (well, not tv) so Sundays I do not check in. Anyway, I hope your weekends were lovely. I had some unintended baked good at the end of the day last night. I did not binge on it. I was just under 8000 steps for the day. I should have taken a walk, but I was taking advantage of Mother's Day and enjoyed some time on the couch in the afternoon. A treat!

I gave up on myself last week week but going to try again.
My nephew is still asleep. I never know what his schedule is. Since it's raining he may be working from home.
I need to do some laundry.

I got out of the grocery store by the skin of my teeth. Had lunch first, but boy I had too keep averting my eyes and ask HP to get me through this trip without buying the wrong food.
I take it as a huge win. Just keep swimming.
