It’s what I Do!

The Title and What it Means

“It’s what I do!”  is pretty vague, right?

So, here’s what I do:

I exercise.
I eat healthily and conciously.
I drink water.
I take the stairs.
I ride my bike.
I eat slowly and enjoy my food.
I find other, more positive ways to deal with emotions and/or stress.
I see a beautiful girl in the mirror.
I focus on health first, THEN the number on the scale.

I’m not “trying” or “hoping”, I’m DOING. I’m the one responsible here. I’m the one in control.  Willpower is not a factor in this, since willpower will not be the “one” to sustain my lifestyle, it’s ME who is the “one”. There are no excuses here, there are only facts.  Whatever I do, whatever I CHOOSE I choose it conciously.  THIS is what I do!
