It’s what I Do!

Creating My Visual - March 24th 2008

I took this directly from Sparkpeople:

My motivation Points

Personal Appearance
- Wear a swim suit on the beach
- look better naked!
- be healthier going into my 40’s
- stop avoiding mirrors
- have my clothes fit better

Health and Fitness
- Have more energy
- run or walk a 5K, marathon, triatholon or other race
- climb stairs without being winded
- feel and be stronger

Friends, Family, Social Life
- play and be active with my kids
- get in shape for my wedding
- do more active things with my significant other

Everyday signs and situations
- Be more confident in myself, with better self esteem
- walk into a room without feeling like people are staring
- have people ask if I have lost weight
- be able to tie my shoes
- be a more confident public speaker
- prove to myself that I can do it
- dress and feel like a pin-up girl

Here are a few pictures that I selected (I will add more) of ME and what I DO and how I want to look and be more comfortable with myself.

This is me on the elliptical - I used to do this almost daily. I probably weighed around 150lbs here. I still have the elliptical, though it’s being used sometimes as a clothes hanger… no more! This photo is from April 2004:

I want to feel comfortable when I go to the beach. I want to GO to the beach and not avoid it!

I want to be curvy, not too skinny, just “right”

I want to fit into “normal” jeans and have a nice, but very soft pot belly (so almost flat, but not completely)
