Week 3 Update

Not much to report.  Things are going fairly smoothly.
I went to the gym twice this week.  The first time was Wednesday when I had my “intake” with my trainer (I get 4 free sessions).  I went on Friday as well.
I didn’t plan as well this week, so that’s something I want to do better this [...]

Plan for Wednesday::
B - 1 nectarine
3 WASA crackers, 100g cottage cheese with salsa and spices 3½ points
S - 1 NF tall triple shot cappo, 1 point
L - sandwich with WW cervelaat, calvé extra-light mayo, ½ slice of cheese, spinach leaves 4 points
strawberries
S - 1 NF tall triple shot cappo, 1 point
nectarine
100g brown rice (2) with [...]

So, Sunday update:
On the train to Amsterdam:
1 Innocent Blackberry and Blueberry Smoothie
apple
Pizza Place:
Salami pizza
wine
out:
wine
back at home (in Arnhem)
Black bean sauce beef and rice (It was 1am I was starving)
2 Loempia’s (veg) - I think these are spring rolls in the States?
1 Cassis (blackcurrant) soda with Vodka

a recipe and… a “woot!”

Got this recipe from SparkPeople today.  I want to make this!  I love tzatziki!!Tzatziki (yogurt dip)
1 medium Cucumber, finely sliced
½ cup finely chopped fresh dill weed
1 clove garlic, diced
2 Tbsp onion, diced
½-¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground white pepper
6oz. plain, nonfat yogurt Fat: 0.1g
Carbohydrates: 3.3g
Calories: 20.0
Protein: 1.8g Combine ingredients, serve, and enjoy.
