Another early morning start (4.40) and I’ve got everything prepared (food) and ready (gym stuff) to go. I actually feel great this morning! I even ironed a shirt! Me, ironing! Hahahaha!
This is my breakthrough week and I’m DOING it!

And another good week behind me. Tomorrow is weigh-in day and I’ve avoided going on the scale the whole week. I don’t want to be ruled by the scale, I want to feel good for other things that I’m doing in my life to be healthy.

I went to the gym twice this week. The first time was Wednesday when I had my “intake” with my trainer (I get 4 free sessions). I went on Friday as well.
