Then, a weekend away in Manchester (UK), certainly not really on program.
Then, a week in Dusseldorf, working, could have been better but at least I was active.

So, even with a crazy week behind me, working in the store and sampling drinks and food… I still lost weight.
That’s 20 lbs down exactly from when I started!!!
More challenges: Back to Amsterdam tomorrow, would like to gym at least 2x this week, concert on Thursday (Duran Duran! Whoo!), Friday off, Saturday is the football (soccer to you non-Europeans) quarter final in which the Netherlands are playing so we are definitely going out that evening, back to Amsterdam again after that weekend is over, big, BIG coffee tasting for several European PR agencies on the 1st of July…
Then I have two weeks off in July starting on the 7th. Thank GOD!!!
Oh and WW bumped me down to 20 points now that I’ve broken the 90KG mark. MUST. START.PLANNING. AGAIN.
