This week’s exercise~

I’m going to keep track in this post my exercise for the week; since this is Week 4 back on WW and historically the week I seem to go off the rails, I’m going to focus extra this week on staying on plan and EXERCISING!

Sunday - 1 hour walk in the woods (registered 40 min online activity because we stopped and looked at the lambs and other wildlife)
Monday - Leg exercises at physio, 10 min walk from physio, 30 min elliptical
Tuesday - Gym; 10 min exercise bike, 35 min elliptical, weight machines (leg press, chest press, ab total, lower back, arms)
Wednesday- none
Thursday- “best laid plans…” none
Friday- none
Saturday- 90 minutes walking (to and from Health Food Store :) )

Sunday weigh-in day and NO sneak previews!
