Thursday - signed up for WW online (NL) since we now have the same online version as in the states- I’m stoked! Went to gym as well.
Friday - no workout
Even if I haven’t lost weight I feel really good about my efforts and my food was excellent. I stayed w/in points also Thurs/Friday and today. Even have a few points planned so I can have a little drinky this evening
