In April I’m no Fool

Posted by: velveteen In: Tracking| accountability

I’m going to the gym tonight with a colleague and staying over in Amsterdam. So… I’ve prepped for 2 days instead of just today -

I have, in individual packages
2x carrots and celery
2x strawberries, blueberries, mandarin oranges
2x spinach, ready to be mixed with:
3 tomatoes, 1 large red onion
2 days worth of mushrooms for my salad
2x 100 g chicken (for the salad)
4 apples
2 bananas
Cracottes crackers
60g Philly light
shredded carrots (on top of the philly and crackers)
alfalfa (on top of the philly and crackers)
55g roast beef (eat before gym)
8 surimi sticks (eat before coming home on the train tomorrow)

also just made some salad dressing and will bring 60g with me.

I think that pretty much covers it. Don’t know about dinner, but my colleague is also in the process of losing weight (and has done WW before) so I’m sure it will be something healthy.

Bag is almost completely packed and then I’m ready to go.

B/am -espresso
actimel “light”
cappo w/skim milk
banana
2 crackers
philly light
carrots, alfalfa

thanks both!
actually I work in Amsterdam and we only went from work to the gym to my colleague’s apartment… not too much to enjoy there, but I can imagine people want to visit there :)
