B/am - espresso
sandwich with 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 slices WW chicken, dijonnaise
fruit (approx. 400g) w/140g Fage 0% yoghurt

L/midday- sm. spinach salad (approx 175g), spinach, mushrooms, red onion
30g salad dressing
1 HB egg, 2 egg whites
1 brown pistolet
veggies - courgette, celery sticks, carrots

D/evening - plan is fish, rice and broc

water -
limit to two grande triple NF lattes

I am sure Starbucks puts something into those lattes to make them so addictive. Good for you for limiting them. Somehow, even with low fat milk, they take residence on my thighs and butt!

I promise you, there is nothing “added” into the lattes… but I know what you mean! LOL! Those things really add up throughout the day if you are not careful! (by the way, I work at SBUX so I make my own… but still!)
