Cereal w/ skim milk
1 NF latte
1 banana

lunch
2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 slices WW chicken, FF dijonnaise, approx 15 g Mexican Philly light, approx 50g LF cheese.

1 apple

Dinner - chicken stirfry, 1 TBSP sate saus, later a small bowl of rice with about a tsp butter and salt.

Total 2 litres of water
3 billion shots of espresso throughout the day :blush:

evening: 4 vodka cassis

March 23rd

B - espresso
omelette - olive oil, mushrooms, red onions, garlic, spinach, cheese
1 croissant with a bit of margarine, LF cheese
glass of karnemelk
cappo

7 PB cookies (made cookies with the kids - sending some home with them)

diet coke

2 easter egg choccies

D - pasta bolognaise with cheese

3 vodka cassis
