1 litre of water
cereal (Cruesli) with skim milk (I don’t know how much this is, but I’m putting it in a coffee mug, not a bowl)
Ron made me a small cappo (skim milk)
L- spinach salad
approx. 150g spinach
2 extremely large mushrooms
1 small red onion
1 HB egg
30g (weighed uncooked) lean bacon bits

Cereal w/ skim milk
1 NF latte
1 banana
lunch
2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 slices WW chicken, FF dijonnaise, approx 15 g Mexican Philly light, approx 50g LF cheese.
1 apple
Dinner - chicken stirfry, 1 TBSP sate saus, later a small bowl of rice with about a tsp butter and salt.
Total 2 litres of water
