March 19th

B/french press Peru (had only one cup, it went cold)
french press Costa Rica (drank 1/2 cup, took the rest with me)
Sandwich with 40g hummous, few slices of courgette
1 apple

L-midday/made a pasta and egg salad, took 1/2 for lunch
total (2 meals) 1 HB egg, 4 HB egg whites, 1/2 cup multigrain macaroni, 1 tomato, 1/2 red onion, chopped up courgette, salt, pepper, tiny bit of basil, 2 TBSP FF dijonnaise, 3 TBSP Yo-fresh
300 g fruit (strawberries, bramen, red berries, 1 mandarin, 1 kiwi)
10 g walnuts
120 g Fage 0% yoghurt

small banana
apple
2 mandarins

D/ took out chicken, broccoli, maybe will have pasta or rice or couscous
