Final - March 18th
B/am - french press of Peru
Fruit smoothie (250ml karnemelk, strawberries, 1 mandarin, 1 kiwi, bramen, red berries - total 300g fruit, 10 g walnuts)
sandwich - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 30 g Phily light (mexican), slices of courgette
1 triple skinny grande latte
1 apple

L/midday - tuna salad (same as yesterday)
4 Wasa crackers
1 Diet Pepsi
1 triple skinny grande latte
carrots
celery
apple
mango
100g Fage yoghurt 0%
4 Snack-a-Jacks (I was starving)
Celery stick with approx. 30g hummous (at least I ate this in a civilised manner - normally I’ll just dig into the package and then wonder how it disappeared so quickly)

D- 145g salmon, 1/2 c (uncooked - it was too much the other night) brown rice, sugar snap peas, used a bit of oil, salt, pepper and mustard seed on the fish, 1 tsp crème fraiche.

Sprite Zero
Cassis Light

2 litres of water
