Fruit Smoothie - karnemelk, raspberries, frozen banana
cappo w/skim milk
sandwich - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 slices WW chicken, FF dijonnaise
1 apple
1 actimel (probiotic drink)

vitelinea yoghurt - blueberry
tuna salad - tuna, yo-fresh, dijonnaise, green olives, red onion, courgette
4 Wasa Crackers
carrots
celery
apple
mandarins

planned dinner - brown or basmati rice, stir fry veggies, chicken or turkey

Fruit Smoothie (1/2 banana, raspberries, 1 kiwi, karnemelk)
latte (w/ skim milk)
sandwich - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2 slices WW chicken, dijonnaise
1 apple
1 actimel (probiotic yoghurt drink) - had heartburn, needed something
1 americano

L/midday- tuna salad, 4 Wasa probiotic crackers
1 cappo w/skim milk
carrots
celery
1 apple
2 Snack-a-jacks cheese rice cakes

D/brown rice (1 cup uncooked), mushroom, leek and onion mix, 174 g chicken, 1/2 TBSP olive oil, 2 TBSP sweet soy sauce, 1 TBSP creme fraiche (light)

water/ 2 litres
2 large glasses Sprite Zero
