Starting (again) with tracking

Posted by: velveteen In: Tracking

not counting, just writing…Short-term Goal: To not be the size of a small barn by October 14th, 2008.
Medium-term Goal: Be under 80KG (175 lbs or under)
Long-term Goal: Reach goal weight again 70KG (154 lbs), have exercise, eating right, moderation in everything incorporated together as my lifestyle.1 NF Milk latte
2 small kaiser rolls (these fit in your hand, that’s the size) with approx. 50g FL cheese, 1 slice of WW chicken and 2 thin slices of salami. A bit of Yo Fresh (yoghurt based mayo) and NF dijonnaise. (NB Ron made these sandwiches as he does every Sunday morning and he was not aware that I was “dieting again”).
A couple shots of espresso
Working on 1 litre of waterRon also informed me we were going out for dinner  - which is normally fine, we rarely do it - He’s going to
India tomorrow for work so I imagine this is why he wants to take me out.So for lunch, I’m just going to eat some fruits and veggies - I have some Fage 0% yoghurt he picked up for me yesterday, and some raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, kiwis, mandarins… so I can pretty much take my pick. He also got me some carrots and celery as well. So that’s cool. The planning is going to be hard. No. Wait. I am projecting the planning to be hard. Need to change the way I think about things. Now - I’m going to do some housework and burn a few calories.edited to add:Lunch - 150g fage 0% yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries, 2 mandarins, 1 kiwi, hazelnuts & walnuts.  YUM!Dinner - I shared the following with Ron
mulligatawny soup
some kind of mushrooms
some kind of kebab
(these were small portions, except for the soup that Ron ate most of)
lamb madras
garlic naan
2 glasses of wine
salad - tomatoes, cukes, lettuce
1 glass of waterI stopped when I was full and Ron (the skinny one) ate the rest of my lamb madras.etaa: had 2 more glasses of wine - wine is a definite downfall of mine

Came across your blog and I think we have a few things in common. I am older than you, but I got engaged in Aug to an American. (I am Canadian). We had a city hall wedding in Sept to start the long immigration process and are planning our family wedding for July 6. I also hope not to be the size of a small barn by then- granted I go up and down and mainly up!

Not sure where in Europe you are, but I am sure it is a wonderful experience. Expresso….

Good luck..I am going to “link” you so I can keep on reading!

Hey Shari! Thanks so much for coming by! It’s nice to know there is someone else out there who has a goal of not being the size of a barn for her wedding!

I’m in the Netherlands actually - not a bad place to be :)

All the best to you with your immigration process! Are you going to the States or is he going to Canada?

I’ll definitely drop by your blog!
