Dinner - chicken stirfry, 1 TBSP sate saus, later a small bowl of rice with about a tsp butter and salt.

So I have exactly 7 months now.
We decided to get married on Oct 14th.
And I’ve done pretty much nothing to improve the state of my body.
And I just do not know how to get to “that place” again. To have the motivation, the energy, the commitment to doing it.
