It’s my step-daughter’s birthday today! whoo hoo! She’s 10. Unbelievable!

I also found out that my colleague gave birth to a daughter yesterday! She was due the 29th but we all figured she’d go a bit early! I can’t wait to meet that little girl and give her lots of love and presents!

Plan/already prepared for the day - pretty much the same as yesterday with a few extras::

B- double espresso
sandwich with WW chicken, lite Hellman’s and 0% dijonnaise
1 blueberry Vitelinea yoghurt
1 apple

1 Venti quad skinny cappo

S - cherry tomatoes
1 large tea with skim milk

L - spinach salad
added 30g light feta cheese
again with 1 HB egg
olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing
2 Wasa probiotic crackers (boo. my crackers broke in my bag, had a small wheat breadroll instead)
30g philly light

S - two mandarin oranges, two kiwis, 100g cottage cheese

D - steak, with a little EVOO and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper
½ portion fettucine with olive oil and sundried tomatoes
asperagas

Limit to 2 cappos- check!
Minimum 1½ litre of water- check!
Exercise - none

That’s all. Well, except I’m going to avoid cookies and biscuits because they do not OWN me…

did not avoid crap - had some valentine’s candy…
