The last few days I have been focusing a bit more on the few things I can do to feel better about myself.
Today I’m tracking, but I’m not focusing on points, this week I’m getting back into fruits and veggies. So here’s what I’ve prepared for myself:
B - double espresso
Sandwich with lite hellman’s and 0% dijonnaise
2 slices WW chicken
1 vitelinea yoghurt
1 apple
S - 3 shortbread cookies
1 tall skinny cappuccino
cherry tomatoes
1 large tea with skim milk
L - Spinach salad
spinach, red onion, tomato, mushrooms
approx. 10 ml of olive oil, balsamic vinegar
1 hard boiled egg
2 WASA pro-biotic crackers
30 g philly light, plain
courgette slices
Snacks - carrots
2 kiwis, 2 mandarin oranges
1 additional cracker, approx. 30g filet americain
more bloody shortbread cookies. someone kill me now.
D - chicken (taken out of the freezer, check!)
broccoli
wild rice
olive oil on the chicken
mushrooms and onions sauteed in olive oil and garlic
sweet soy saus
creme fraiche
Will limit myself to 2 cappo’s and drink tea in between - only one cappo today
minimum 1½ litre water - check! actually had 3 litres
Exercise: 25 min elliptical/ 174 cals
On Saturday I weighed in at 220lbs. This morning was 218. I am going away on Thursday evening for a weekend away in Prague. Will at least try to get that number to keep going down until I go away. Staying on track will be HARD in Prague. They have the BEST BEER ever!
