Work happened. Unbelievable, but true. Once again I was faced with stress too great to focus on anything else.
I haven’t been to WW, but now that this month (month-end, fiscal YEAR-end at work) is over is back to basics again.
Facing the music on Tuesday to see what/how much the damage is. I am not fearful - actually, I know I still either maintained or maybe gained a wee bit, but not all my work is undone!
