Week 4 Update!

Ha! Not much to update!

Wednesday went out to dinner and things pretty much went downhill from there.  Not really, really, downhill, just sort of.  I actually ate Mexican out and used all my saved points plus my dinner points and was still on plan.  But Thursday - Sunday wasn’t really much on plan, or at least I didn’t write or count anything.  I don’t know why.  I just didn’t.

Didn’t even get on the scale Sunday for my WW at home program.  Today is w/i, but I’m not going…. but before you think I’m not going because of the week I had, it has nothing to do with it - R’s mom is in the hospital and we need to go by there today.  Which means I’m not at work in Amsterdam, which means I’m not anywhere close to my meeting.  I did go on the scale here this morning, a straight up 93KG.   What was it last week??

That’s all - really busy at work it’s incredible!  Going for gym this week Thursday… rate things are going though… doesn’t look good :(  Hey, I work in the finance department… this month is our fiscal year end… so you can imagine…

I *can* imagine. Last week was a total whirlwind for me with our school inspection and there were more than a few nights at the pub.

Hey - life happens. I personally think you’ve got to run your program in shades of gray rather than black or white. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing. So you’ve had a rough week - c’est la vie. Chalk it up to a rough week and move on - if you want to.

You’ve got a very good reason not to go to your WI and I hope everyone in your fam is OK. I respectfully suggest you record an unofficial weight and head back next week. All in all hope you’re doing ok!

Isn’t it just more *realistic* in shades of grey? I mean, who really, honestly lives in a black and white world, right?

I’m totally OK with everything. I even feel good about ALL of my choices to be honest. Sure, it could have been better, but it also could have been worse. There were small things I noticed… stopping when full, passing up on certain treats, drinking my drinks slowly at the pub, having only 2 glasses of wine (unheard of!).

I’m more than willing to move on, that’s for sure!

This weight will come off, certainly not overnight, but it will!
