5 points to play around with today :) The rest is planned and prepared. The potatoes are like hash browns with some veggies thrown in for good measure. Just potatoes, two egg whites, a bit of olive oil, mushroom, onion, spinach and some spices.
I’m tired today so I’m glad I planned. It’s days like this that I throw my good intentions out the window. In the past of course. Not now. Not today.
UPDATE:: Here is the Final Result. I had to change things around a bit because I ended up having a frappuccino at work (one of the downsides of working at *$’s, there is temptation all aroun). Still managed my points!
