Back to WW. Starting weight is 98.2. I need to lose 30 KGS to get to my goal weight. 30.2 to be exact! Let’s just start with a mini-goal of 89KG though, shall we? Then we’ll go for another 5 and another 5 and so on. Not thinking in the BIG fat picture. I’m ok with it. I’m ready.
I have a NON-SCALE VICTORY to share with you. I went to the supermarket quickly when I arrived at home. I picked up a big fat-ass triple chocolate cookie. I stood in line. I looked at the cookie and thought “No. I’m not going to do this.” I put the cookie back. Voila. I am in control here, not some dumbass cookie.
Since I started a bit early, I thought I would report my points totals for this week so far::
Monday - 23 points
Tuesday -19½ points
Remember, goal points are 21 per day. Went over a bit yesterday but kept under a bit today. I will continue to strive for 21. Right now the ONLY thing that is important is seeing the scale go down. Therefore, whatever I want RIGHT NOW has to be accounted for and within points or it’s not going in my mouth.
