5 points

S - 1 Venti NF 3 shot cappuccino (1)

1 nectarine

1 large cookie :(

D - 9 points left for dinner. Totally DO-able.

update:: R made dinner.  Chicken Siam (it’s from a box, but with fresh chicken and spring onions added) approx. 13 points , 4 points over dinner plan

Water::  more than 2 litres
Exercise:: cycling, 40 min, elliptical, 1 hour

Goal for today:: 2 NF cappo’s, tea or water otherwise, NO JUNK!!!

***********************

didn’t QUITE manage it today, but I’m ok with it.  I learned again that I have to be more prepared for more “hungry” days.

drank all my water, still get the 2 points for cycling.  Got home way too late for the elliptical.  Need to sort something out about that.

the cookie definitely puts me way over my limit.  New day tomorrow.

I am with you again today on the NO JUNK challenge. After the weekend I need a detox. I am trying to drink less diet pop again too, Just one a day. Today I will let myself have two, as I am really tired. Seems like the NF cappo’s are your treat, or your weakness - are you trying to cut back on them? I like your idea of setting daily goals. Then you can feel success every day! I may do that tomorrow.

Ohhhhh… the cappo’s are definitely my treat! And believe me, I could drink as many as I want all day long since I work at the source… that’s why I limit myself now to 2. Even if it’s NF milk, it’s still adding points/calories, right?

I did drink LOTS of water today, but gave in to a large cookie at around 4:30pm… I was hungry and not prepared for those kind of hungries in my belly… the cookie was there and I gave in.

However, a lesson learned… I will be more prepared tomorrow!

Definitely have a daily goal - even just a little thing; when you succeed it really feels GREAT!!
