B - omelette(1 egg, 2 egg whites)
approx 150g courgette
splash of karnemelk*
½ teaspoon sambal*
2½ points

S - Venti NF 3 shot cappuccino (1)

L - 100g pasta (2), 100 g chicken (2)
two tomatoes, handfull of spinach
30g of Calvé Extra-Light Mayo (1)
splash of Balsamic vinegar*
5 points

S - Venti NF 3 shot cappuccino (1)

200g strawberries
100g Fage FF Greek Yoghurt (1)

1 nectarine

D - 120 g chicken with home-made marinade, steamed broccoli, 200g brown rice

Water::  2+ litres
Exercise:: cycling, 30 min elliptical (planned)
lift at work still broken - took the stairs many times

Goal for today:: 2 NF cappo’s, water or tea, NO junk. I don’t want junk today, therefore I don’t eat junk today.
WOOT!!!! I did it!!!! No junk today!!! Everything to Plan!!!!!

sounds like you are back in charge - way to go! I had a bad weekend and am back on track today. I would love the support of a buddy, and I think I may need one too. Email me if you would like to work together on getting healthy!

Thank you!! It feels good! Everything thing else (well, I exaggerate - my financial situation is a total mess and only seems to be getting worse… more bad news today) seems to be falling apart - I can’t let my body fall apart too! I have to do this. This is what I do!!
