B - “fried” potatoes (like hashbrowns)
potatoes (on OUR WW one unlimited portion is 2 points)
2 egg whites (½ point)
160g of courgette
red onion
mushrooms
garlic
spices
10g olive oil (2½)
ketchup (½ point)
so 5 ½points total for brekkie, plus I just got all my veggies in :)

several cups of water
a few glasses of diet coke

Breakfast and Lunch pretty much became one meal because what I made was fit for a King!

S - 58g mozzarella balls 4½ points

D - My love’s famous pasta with lean ground beef and fresh tomatoes in the sauce
pasta (4 points)
sauce (2 points)
cheese (4 points)
10 points

half a glass of red wine 1 point.

TOTAL POINTS:: 21
BONUS POINTS:: 3

I set up an exercise schedule for myself, for the next couple of weeks::
June 10:: 1 hour elliptical  45 min / 344 cals
June 11:: bicycling, 30 min elliptical
June 12:: bicycling, 1 hour elliptical
June 13:: bicycling
June 14:: bicycling, GYM
June 15:: bicycling, 1 hour elliptical
June 16:: 30 min elliptical
June 17:: 1 hour elliptical
June 18:: bicycling, 30 min elliptical
June 19:: bicycling, 1 hour elliptical
June 20:: bicycling
June 21:: bicycling, GYM
June 22:: bicycling, 1 hour elliptical
June 23:: 30 min elliptical

My vacation to Rhodos is coming soon. I absolutely REFUSE to be 96KG then. I will weigh less. I will, because it’s what I do!!
