B - “fried” potatoes (like hashbrowns)
potatoes (on OUR WW one unlimited portion is 2 points)
2 egg whites (½ point)
160g of courgette
red onion
mushrooms
garlic
spices
10g olive oil (2½)
ketchup (½ point)
so 5 ½points total for brekkie, plus I just got all my veggies in
several cups of water
a few glasses of diet coke
