So yesterday was good. I wanted to say “fairly” or “pretty” good but actually, it was good.
There was some stress. I ate a few shortbread cookies. For the rest though, I stuck to my plan. Positives:: I ate a ton of veggies and got my fruit in as well. I exercised. I drank lots of water. Things to be improved upon:: More movement. Don’t scale hop (did yesterday, was up to 97, just checked this morning 96.4).
Anyway, yesterday is over. Today is new and fresh::
B - 3 wasa crackers
apprx. 50g cottage cheese

L - 1 cup (uncooked was when I measured) pasta
approx 50 gr turkey
bunch of brocolli
2 tomatoes
some mushrooms
red onion
I found some uber-light mayo, 15cals per TBSP - 1 TBSP in my pasta
balsamic vinegar
S - fruit
D - I may just tell R to go for soup and sandwiches.
