Eating on the weekends really sucks.

Yesterday’s food intake was a real washout.
I had chips, I drank wine, we had burritos (albeit with turkey) for dinner.
Positives::  I ate an apple, I drank a lot of water, I exercised.
Weekends are just a complete nightmare for me.  HOW does one really plan and stick to that plan on the weekend???
