It’s raining so no cycling to the station today.
I have my pedometer though, and today I am taking the stairs rather than the lift. Also if it’s not raining when I arrive back from work I will walk to the bus stop like I did before cycling. I WANT to get exercise in today therefore I WILL get exercise in today.
We don’t have a lot of groceries, so I will make a list during the day to get some needed items tonight.
I have a smoothie for breakfast, and lunch/snacks I will get at work. Not “treats” but proper on program stuff
We have salmon and rice for dinner and we’ll pick up a veg to go with it.
