It’s raining so no cycling to the station today.

I have my pedometer though, and today I am taking the stairs rather than the lift. Also if it’s not raining when I arrive back from work I will walk to the bus stop like I did before cycling. I WANT to get exercise in today therefore I WILL get exercise in today.

We don’t have a lot of groceries, so I will make a list during the day to get some needed items tonight.

I have a smoothie for breakfast, and lunch/snacks I will get at work. Not “treats” but proper on program stuff :) We have salmon and rice for dinner and we’ll pick up a veg to go with it.

In other news:: I started work on my new tattoo :) I will post some pics tonight!

Hmm, salmon. Now that’s an idea. I think I’ll get that for tonight + tomorrow lunch at work!

The weather is awful here as well, there was no way I could go for a run in such a heavy rain this morning. :( But I too want to move, so walking it will be today… sooner or later. Let’s keep that good spirit up, hehe.
