I wrote out my plan last night before I went to bed, so I could just prepare everything with sleepy eyes this morning:
B - espresso
Fruit Smoothie: 250ml Karnemelk (Buttermilk) (1)
Blueberries, Strawberries, Frozen berry mix
1 banana (1)
1tsp wheat germ and flax seeds (1)
At the coffee tasting: half of a caramel shortbread cake (need to look this up - I have NO IDEA the points)
S - Sandwich with philly light, sambal*, and spinach (3)
L - Spinach salad (Spinach, mushrooms, carrot, tomato)
with: 1 HB egg (2) and 30g light Feta (1)
Dressing (½)
S - two Wasa Crackers (1)
50g Cottage cheese (1) with salsa*
Cucumber slices
Apple
Strawberries and kiwis
D - Turkey medallions (3)
couscous (4)
Olive oil (2)
sauteed veggies
And of course my morning and midday NF cappuccinos (2)
I actually had a cappo at 3pm and one at 6pm! (2)
Exercise: mimimum - 2x 20 min cycling (+2) it was raining this morning!!
Water: Going for minimum 2 litres - definitely hit this target!
A good day all in all. Do not feel bad about the shortcake either (it was delish! so if you ever have the points to spare, go to Starbucks and order a small Guatamala Antigua coffee and a shortbread caramel cake because the taste of the two together is DIVINE!!)
