Brand New Scale::Brand New Numbers::w/i 1

Well, I did it. Thanks E & Lisa for commenting yesterday.  It’s the whole new scale thing, it almost always shows something different.
Numbers this morning:
weight: 95.4KG
Body Fat: 37.7%
Water: 45.5%
Scale gave me an “error” for muscle mass but said I was 10.3KG bone mass

Smoothie: 150g FF Fage Greek yoghurt (1½)
blueberries
other frozen berries
1 tsp of wheat germ and flax seed (ea) total (1½)
S - NF Cappuccino (1)
a couple of nuts, 2 biscotti (2½)
Zen Tea
“Detox” Juice *
Water consumed so far: 2 litres
L - 100g cottage cheese (2) mixed with salsa
3 Wasa Crackers (1½)
2 biscotti (1)
