Wheat roll (2) with 30g Philly light (1) and spinach 20g or so

Danone Vanilla and Strawbery Kwark (fromage frais)(4)
Passion chai tea mango frappuccio (no milk, just tea and fruit)
L - Brown pistolet (2) with 60(?)g crabsalad (3?)

Going away party for my colleague, Ingrid:
approx 5 “fried things” (Dutch snacks - I think it was 3 vlammetjes, 1 cheese thingee, 1 vegetarian frikandel)

Had a Coffee Master Introduction meeting: we tasted skim milk, full milk, orange juice and ginger ale to get a “feel” for different things in our mouth (you can do this with coffee to know if something is acidic, bitter, smooth, bold, etc). (2)
Just before 6pm, I went in the store to grab my stuff from the fridge to go home and there was leftover cakes from the day that are either given away or tossed… I grabbed a piece of SB lemon sponge cake and ate it on the way to the station.
D - R’s famous hamburger (3) with cheese (3), Yofresh, ketchup, dijonnaise (3), rosemary and sea salt potato wedges (in olive oil) (8), steamed broccoli
