dressing (‚½)

ALSO:‚ ‚ Cake for my boss’ birthday (‚½ a slice of apple vlaai and ‚½ a slice of a creme with chocolate vlaai) - I’m guessing (7)

I forgot to mention two things from yesterday:
cup-a-soup in the afternoon * 0 points
glass of white Rioja before going to bed :D 1‚½ points. I need to revise yesterday’s totals.

Oh and, yeah, I got on the scale this morning. 1st time in a long time in the morning, no clothes, scale in the same place (instead of all over the house, trying to find a good numbers), 94.7KG. It’s been a while since I’ve seen under 95KG. In fact, I’m sure the last time I weighed somewhere in the 97’s. I’ll have to go back and have a look.
