a recipe and… a “woot!”

Got this recipe from SparkPeople today.  I want to make this!  I love tzatziki!!Tzatziki (yogurt dip)
1 medium Cucumber, finely sliced
½ cup finely chopped fresh dill weed
1 clove garlic, diced
2 Tbsp onion, diced
½-¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground white pepper
6oz. plain, nonfat yogurt Fat: 0.1g
Carbohydrates: 3.3g
Calories: 20.0
Protein: 1.8g Combine ingredients, serve, and enjoy.
Keeps for several days, although some separation may occur–just mix again!Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user LOULOUB. My “woot” is for…  tomorrow I’m absolutely, most definitely leaving work by 6pm to be home by 8.  We’re going swimming tomorrow night!  My Love is having some issues with his body and he thinks swimming will help (he’s very sore/achy - I think he’s just getting old ;) ).   I actually have a bathing suit that fits me.  Now I just have to shave the trees off of my legs and I’m ready to go!

ooo! I love tzatziki! I love it smothered on souvlaki or gyros! YUM! I found a WW chicken souvlaki recipe I plan on using in the near future.

Thanks for the Wasa and yogurt info! I’m wondering if maybe Whole Foods will have it? I may give them a call instead of driving all the way in.
