a recipe and… a “woot!”

Got this recipe from SparkPeople today.  I want to make this!  I love tzatziki!!Tzatziki (yogurt dip)
1 medium Cucumber, finely sliced
½ cup finely chopped fresh dill weed
1 clove garlic, diced
2 Tbsp onion, diced
½-¾ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground white pepper
6oz. plain, nonfat yogurt Fat: 0.1g
Carbohydrates: 3.3g
Calories: 20.0
Protein: 1.8g Combine ingredients, serve, and enjoy.

B - espresso
for train: 2 Wasa crackers (1), 30g philly light with chives (1½), 15g chicken (½)

Detox Juice
S - NF cappuccino (1)
L - Spinach (100g) Salad with mushrooms, 2 cherry tomatoes, 30g of light feta cheese (1), dressing (½)
2 more Wasa crackers and 15g chicken (1½)
S- NF cappuccino with 1 pump white chocolate (2)
