 Made a fruit Smoothie for the train ride:
200ml Buttermilk (1)
5 strawberries
1 Kiwi
1 frozen banana (1)
1 tsp of flaxseed and 1 tsp of wheat germ (1)
7 almonds (1½)
cinnamon
2 little chili peppers

Detox Juice

S - NF cappo (1)

L - 2 Wasa Crackers (1)
100g cottage cheese (2) with salsa
Salad - approx 60g mixed greens with 3 cherry tomatoes and a dressing of balsamic vinegar and Calvé mustardsaus (10g/240cal per 100g/21g fat) (½)

S - NF cappo (1)

1 Dove celebrations (1)
Fresh strawberries
150g FF Greek Yoghurt (1½)
2 apples

D - Chicken (126g) (2), marinade (1), wild rice (100g) (2), 200g steamed broccoli

Water:  2 litres +

Lunch nearly over:  going very smooth today so far, no reason for it to not continue this way!

thanks for the tip on the photos…I had no idea you could password protect them….but, I still think I will wait a bit, and then maybe attempt it again. Got to work up my courage! LOL Your shopping list looks very good, lots of healthy things there! :)

Ah but you will love seeing the photos when you are smaller ;)

Gave the list to the One I Love; he’s going to arrange the groceries! Yay! I love it when the fridge and pantry is full of healthy stuff!

Hi Velveteen,

Thanks for the comment. Sometimes I feel so blah and bloated, but it’s nice to write what I eat –honestly—. And yes the choco pudding was very nice. I”ve been thinking of buying some fiber additive stuff so I won’t feel so guilty for my sweet tooth.

Your trip sounds lovely and all that walking really balanced out whatever you ate.
