D- I have a therapist appt this evening, so I bought a sandwich, some nuts and a fruit smoothie for later:

1 Innocent Pure Fruit Smoothie - Blackberries and Blueberries 250ml 120 cals/.3g fat (2)
Water: more than 2 litres
Exercise: 20 min walking, 20 min cycling
NSV: There was cake at the coffee tasting this morning and I said “no thanks!” Not interested in cake that is not my favourite and this one certainly wasn’t!
