I don’t have a ton of time at the moment to write anything besides my Menu for today;  I will write a proper intro this evening or tomorrow!

B- 2 espressos
1 apple
2 mandarin oranges

S- originally this was my breakfast, but I forgot a spoon so I couldn’t eat on the train to work!
100g cottage cheese (2)
approx 2/3 honeydew melon

1 Triple NF Latte (2)

L- Spinach Salad
+/- 150g Spinach, 2 HB Eggs (4), 4 large cherry tomatoes, 2 small red onions, 1 large mushroom.
Dressing: 10g NF Hellman’s Dijonnaise, 25g Yofresh, Balsamic Vinegar (2 for everything)

S - Afternoon Triple NF Latte (2)
Sushi - 145g 228cals / 1.6g fat  (4)

D- I have a therapist appt this evening, so I bought a sandwich, some nuts and a fruit smoothie for later:

Goat Cheese Honey on Dark Grain bread 242 cals/ 7.5g fat (5)
1 Innocent Pure Fruit Smoothie - Blackberries and Blueberries 250ml 120 cals/.3g fat (2)

Water: more than 2 litres

Exercise:  20 min walking,  20 min cycling

NSV: There was cake at the coffee tasting this morning and I said “no thanks!” Not interested in cake that is not my favourite and this one certainly wasn’t!
