dinner: salad, w ff dressing and garbanzo beans 150

snack banana and slim bear 200

Total: 1580

Too much again! 3 slim bears is not slim! </description>

		<title>Not feeling well today.</title>
		<description>I just did 2 sets of weights and 15 minutes on the treadmill. I am not feeling well today. My stomache is not happy with my change in diet. So, I took it easy. But, at least I went! Later I walked for 30 minutes. That should help. </description>
