I hour Hot Yoga at 6:00 am! And. I walked for 30 minutes.

I just did 2 sets of weights and 15 minutes on the treadmill. I am not feeling well today. My stomache is not happy with my change in diet. So, I took it easy. But, at least I went! Later I walked for 30 minutes. That should help.

1 hour hot yoga at 6am!!!! And I walked for 1/2 an hour!

I just burned 271 calories on the elipse and did 2 full sets of weights! Great start.

Plan - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
30 minutes Cardio and Slow weights
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday - Hot Yoga (1-1.5 hours)
