Lunch:Strawberries, veggies, dressing, slim bear, banana 350

Snack slim bear, banana, peach - 250

dinner: salad, w ff dressing and garbanzo beans 150

snack banana and slim bear 200

Total: 1580

Too much again! 3 slim bears is not slim!

I hour Hot Yoga at 6:00 am! And. I walked for 30 minutes.

I could not sleep last night. I was starving! So, I got up and ate a banana. a yogurt and a slim bear=360 calories. That brought my total to 1910 calories. Not really a diet. But good news. I still lost 1 pound. I am at 185.5. I know it’s probabaly water weight. But that’s good too. I retain a lot of water when I eat bread. Now that I am not eating bread products, I have a lot of extra water weight to get rid of.

I just did 2 sets of weights and 15 minutes on the treadmill. I am not feeling well today. My stomache is not happy with my change in diet. So, I took it easy. But, at least I went! Later I walked for 30 minutes. That should help.

Breakfast Yogurt 160, Banana 100, Coffee w/ND creamer 50= 310

Snack: Watermelon 80, Banana 100, Coffee w/ND Creamer 50= 230

Lunch : Yogurt 160, Banana 100=260

Snack: yogurt and watermelon=240

Dinner: Salad and yogurt 260

Dessert slim cow=100 and coffee with ND creamer 50

Total=1450

Too much! 1500 is my absolute cap but I want more like 1200 calories!!! Too much yogurt.

I am so proud of myself. I basically stayed on target yesterday. I was slightly over on my calorie count yesterday but still within range. And, I have been perfect on my exercise plan. The only problem is this diet is really expensive. All this fresh fruit is quite costly. But, it will be worth it! Have a great day!

Cantaloupe 60

Coffee w/ND creamer 50 

Lunch 

Cantaloupe, banana, yogurt, peach 360

Snack Skinny Cow Ice Cream sandwich and a banana 200

Dinner

Salad w/garbanzo beans and ff Thousand Island 200

Watermelon, coffee and banana 200 calories

Total: 1550 (Oops too much but not too bad. At least I did not have any bread products or processed sugar)

I just burned 271 calories on the elipse and did 2 full sets of weights! Great start.
