This is where I run and bike (and occasionally swim, stretch, strength train, and do push ups). These are my completed workouts. Emphasis on completed. This isn’t what I plan to do or what I think I might do or what I dream of doing while sitting on the sofa. These are the workouts I actually DID. If I didn’t sweat through it, I don’t write it down.
